Is this software I have to learn?
No. It's a done-for-you service. Apart from the customer list for your trial, everything is handled on our end: messaging your customers, putting each name on the sign, opt-outs and keeping it running.
What do I need to give you?
For your free trial, just a list of your past customers. We text them and get you reviews from them.
Once you're on a plan, everything is handled on our end. We message each of your customers, change the name on the sign for every one of them, and take care of the rest.
Will this get my Google profile in trouble?
We follow Google's review rules. Every customer on your list gets the same request, happy or not. We don't screen out unhappy customers ("review gating"), we don't offer incentives, and we never write or buy reviews.
Is it okay to text my customers?
We built the service around Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only text customers you've done business with in the last 2 years. Every message names your business, gives contact info and includes "Reply STOP to opt out". Opt-outs are honoured promptly and kept on a permanent do-not-text list.
Do you guarantee a number of reviews?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Reviews are up to your customers. What we do promise is that every eligible customer gets a personal ask, which is the part most businesses never get around to.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
After a quick call, we set everything up for free and text a batch of your past customers (up to 100) over 7 days. You watch the reviews come in on your Google profile. If you want to keep going, pick a plan. If not, you owe nothing and we delete your customer data.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Yearly plans get 2 months free and renew once a year, and you can cancel the renewal anytime. When you leave, your customer data is deleted.
